McCann's Properties Plus began in 1992 when Todd McCann started McCann Construction with a used pickup truck and a toolbox of basic tools. What started as small remodel projects, pole buildings, and concrete work was built on hard work, determination, and a commitment to doing things the right way from day one.

From the very beginning, it was a true family effort. Todd's wife, Andrea McCann, managed payroll, bookkeeping, and taxes - laying the foundation behind the scenes while the business steadily grew. That same foundation of trust and consistency is still at the core of the company today.

One of the things we're most proud of is the realtionships we've built along the way. Todd's very first employee, Al, joined the team in 1992 and continues to work with us today - a refelection of the loyalty and strong work ethic that defines our compnay.

Over the years, our projects grew from small repairs to full remodels, new construction, and property develoopment. In 2009, McCann Construction expanded by acquiring Properties Plus, a house lifting company. This allowed us to bring specaialized structural services in-house and made house lifting a major part of what we do today.

Today, McCann's Properties Plus remains family-owned and operated. Todd and Andrea continue to lead the business, working alongside thair children, Courtney and Colby, as well as Andrea's brother Damon. Together, we carry on the same values that company was built on - hard work, honesty, and a commitment to quality in every project we take on.
